H10 Timanfaya Palace, Lanzarote

This was our first visit to this hotel and it most certainly wont be our last. The staff are amazing and are a credit to the hotel. The food is mainly buffet style but so much choice and good quality with great service. Thank you Mohammed for looking after us. There is also a pool grill bar which is well appointed and very pleasant but we preferred the food at the buffet. As all inclusive you can eat once a week at the al a carte restaurant and we throughly enjoyed this. Drinks are superb quality wherever you take them. We enjoyed the evening shows especially Michael Jackson smooth criminal. In fact we did not want the holiday to end we enjoyed ourselves so much. Take a water bottle to refill or pay 4 at the hotel to purchase one. Pool towels 1 euro each to change and room safe 17 a week. Lovely walk either way from the hotel. About 50mins to centre of Playa Blanca. Not a difficult walk. Just 5 mins away there is a small strip consisting of a couple of supermarkets and a few restaurants all of which look good. Small clean beach too. There are some room renovations going on but to be honest these did not bother us or spoil our holiday. Sun bed policy is that no towels can be left on sun beds before 9.30, if they are then they are removed. This policy is strictly enforced and works really well. We never had any problems getting a lounger at any time of the day. Lots of open space too. Three pools, two outside pools both of which are quite cold but the indoor pool is lovely and warm. Our room was lovely, modern and bright and very spacious. We had a garden view room which looked out on to the back of the hotel. The location of our room could have been better with regard to early morning noise but we chose to stay there rather than move however I met with Jose the director to explain and asked if we returned could we ask for garden room in a different area and he was very accommodating and spent time to explain to me the different areas and gave me suggestions of garden room areas to request via e mail should we return so that we dont experience early morning noise again. Jose was very helpful and I feel reassured so we will be booking again to return and we cannot wait, thank you Jose and all your wonderful staff for giving us such a fantastic holiday.

This was my second time at This hotel and it was the same as last year. The hotel was very clean the rooms were cleaned every day the food was excellent the drinks were top brands the staff were excellent and professional. There was plenty of sunbeds for every one. 5 stars

We have recently returned from our second stay at this hotel and it was amazing once more. We were AI Privilege, which for us is well worth the extra money. All the staff throughout the hotel are brilliant, they are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The food is good and varied every night, with plenty of choices even for fussy non fish eaters like me and my husband. We ate in the buffet every evening and were warmly greeted by Pepe with a bottle of wine and water. He remembers what everyone has ordered previously and is an excellent asset to the hotel. We had breakfast in the Kasbah every morning, as we prefer the quieter more relaxed approach for the morning. Food and service were excellent in both restaurants. I wish I could remember all the names of staff that we had interactions with, just a few are Angel, Pepe and Natalie. But everyone seems to genuinely love working here. Overall, this hotel offers the most relaxing holidays that we have ever had. We will definitely be back again, hopefully very soon.

Just returned from our 5th visit to this wonderful hotel, in a great location, go either way out of the back gates for a walk . Staff are very friendly and attentive in all areas of the hotel, special thank you to Pepe and Mohamed in the restaurant, Angel (as always good fun) Noemi, Chris and Jose and of course all the bar staff who never leave you waiting. Hotel has good evening entertainment but also a more relaxed atmosphere in the Piano bar, choice is yours. Rooms are clean and spacious we always book a standard garden room and have never been disappointed. All inclusive option is such good value with a choice of eating lunch at the pool bar or in the main restaurant. Quality wines and branded spirits are included. The entertainment team provide activities throughout the day, we liked playing mini golf in the morning and the indoor pool (heated) has spa jets for those aching muscles! We are so well looked after and have already booked our next 2 visits! Thank you Jose and all your team!

Premium drinks always served with a smile Loads of pool loungers and great grounds , very well kept, always a space The hotel was very always clean around and staff happy and friendly
